Partnership, represented by the partners Dr. Arno Saathoff and Dr. Michael Kramer, each of them having sole power of attorney.

Both attorneys are admitted in the Federal Republic of Germany and are members of the German Bar Association Cologne, Riehler Straße 30, 50668 Köln.

The attorneys practice their profession in compliance with the codes of conduct for attorneys, this in particular being

• Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO),
• Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte (BORA),
• Fachanwaltsordnung (FAO),
• Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG),
• Berufsregeln der Rechtsanwälte der Europäischen Union (CCBE).

Attorneys are obliged by the Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung to maintain an insurance for professional liability with minimum coverage of € 250.000,00. Further details may be seen in § 51 BRAO. The attorneys Saathoff & Kramer maintain their professional liability insurance with Allianz Versicherungs-AG, Königinstraße 28, 80802 München.
