Focus

Dr. Kramer works for medium-sized companies in the business areas of service, producing industry (metal, cars), construction and technology. Other clients are industrial associations, advertising companies and private schools.

With regard to the substance matter of his work the focus is on dismissals and terminations for change, change management and the related negotiations and agreements with works councils. Another focus is the draft and negotiation of employment contracts and collective agreements.

Dr. Kramer represents employees and members of management against attempts to dismiss them, in relocations and in other changes of employment conditions. He advises in negotiations for terminations and redundancy payments and actively takes up and conducts such negotiations once the dispute has extended.

Dr. Kramer has frequently publicized on labor law matters in law journals.
